Shrinking used-jet inventories and higher aircraft utilization rates have combined to boost global demand for private planes to record levels — exceeding even pre-pandemic highs. Business jet activity in the first half of 2021 rose two per cent globally compared with the same period in 2019, according to data compiled by Germany-based market-intelligence firm WINGX.
