Overall
July's record performance shows real momentum in the business jet market. North America's 7% growth last week and strong UK summer holiday traffic to destinations like Mallorca demonstrate the underlying strength we're seeing. Even with some regional variations, the overall trend remains very positive.

Current Events Analysis

UK summer holidays boost Mediterranean routes
The UK's summer holiday season is driving strong business aviation demand to popular Mediterranean destinations. During July, UK business jet activity increased 2% compared to the same month last year, with particularly robust growth on leisure routes. Key summer destinations saw significant upticks: flights to Mallorca rose 13% to 178 flights, Faro grew 5% to 139 flights, and Olbia surged 36% to 117 flights. This seasonal traffic pattern underscores how leisure travel continues to be a major driver of business aviation demand during peak holiday periods.
